It's not so suspiring to see that Emil Martinsson and Niklas Bergström are in the troop, as they have many individual and team medals from both European- and World Championships. They also participated in the last, for running target shooters, Olympic Games in Athens 2004.
In Running target 50 meters senior Rickard Johansson will participate and in the 10 meters event Mattias Bergman will take part as the third man in the team. Both Rickard and Mattias has been part of the Swedish Team before and have, together with Emil and Niklas, taken medals in big championships.
Sweden will also be represented by two young shooters, Mattias Björk and Ludvig Nilsson.
-It's really great that we have two juniors in the Swedish team, as they are our future. It is also really good that there will be four Swedish seniors in the competition; it's good for the whole running target sport in Sweden, says Swedish running target leader Claes Johansson.
The other country's shooters will be announced at least in the beginning of May, when the entire lists of participants will need to be reported to the Organizing Committee.
